Stuart Cohen
Perspective Flipper. Keynote Speaker. Performance Strategist.
Before the next step, consider this.
What if the challenge isn’t effort—but perspective?
I’m Stuart Cohen: entrepreneur, keynote speaker, performance strategist, Certified ADHD Life Coach, and lifelong perspective flipper.
I help organizations simplify what has been overcomplicated and see the smarter way forward.
I founded Resort For A Day™, built it from nothing, and sold it to World Travel Holdings. The American Marketing Group brought me in to build NEST. It was designed to be an industry-disruptor and is flourishing.
Founder: Resort For A Day™
Acquired by World Travel Holdings.
These experiences taught me something invaluable:
Success isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about understanding people better.
Big titles don’t create loyalty. Fancy strategies don’t either.
People do.
The Wiring: Reframing ADHD
Diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I learned to work with my wiring instead of against it. That insight sharpened how I think about energy, attention, emotional reactivity, endurance and self-trust — without turning labels into limitations. It is a lifetime journey for me. It is a lifetime journey for all of us. I am not interested in helping people win for five minutes. I want to help them build for the long game.

The Endurance
I am also a competitive endurance athlete — a two-time Ironman 70.3 finisher, triathlete, three-time marathoner, and longtime road racer with countless half marathons, 15Ks, 10Ks, and 5Ks behind me. I have finished in the top tier of my age group many times. I do not mention that to brag. I mention it because endurance is not a metaphor I borrowed for a keynote. It is something I have trained for, suffered through, recovered from, learned from, and lived.
At the foundation of my work is a deep belief in relationships and human behavior—because loyalty-grade service, in business and in life, is what we all crave and what we’re innately capable of giving.
I don’t talk at audiences. I talk with individuals.
People often tell me it feels like I’m speaking directly to them—even in a packed room. That’s intentional.
I listen carefully, observe closely, and say the thing people are already thinking but haven’t put into words yet.
Then I help them see the next step.
What I believe
- Good customer service is not enough.
- Loyalty is not owed. It is earned.
- Big titles are empty promises.
- Energy matters. Attitude matters. Relationships matter.
- The best sales mindset is not how many deals you close — it is how many long-term relationships you open.
