Keynotes & Programs

High performers do not need another lecture on trying harder or a bland motivational speech that fails to resonate.

My keynotes and workshops help people build for the long game.

No canned scripts. No hype. No ‘sales 101’.

Just practical truth that helps them perform better, longer — and healthier.

How? By focusing on recovery, resilience and endurance. We transition away from the ‘same old methods’ and grow from good to great by recharging and rebalancing.

That is where my work lives — helping people build the stamina to perform well, recover wisely, and keep showing up at their best.

If you don’t find exactly what you need here, ask!

Endurance Sales™

I empower high performers and leaders to apply principles of the Energy Grid. We focus on energy allocation, so they build the resilience to hit stretch goals without snapping - more consistently.

Loyalty-Grade Service

I challenge traditional loyalty practices by revealing hard truths from a client's perspective. Based on my booklet entitled How To Put Loyalty Back In Business, this is a 'repeat & referral' game-changer. (It's also super fun!)

ADHD As A Skill Set™

I flip the narrative on ADHD and reframe ADHD as a skill set. I share true life stories from 100 interviews, coaching and personal experiences, highlighting the arcs of hope that un-shames ADHD.

Travel Industry Specialty

Purpose-built. Industry-proven. Highly sought-after. These programs don't just meet the travel industry's standards.

Track 1: Endurance Sales™

→ For sales teams, leaders, and high-responsibility professionals expected to hit bigger goals while carrying more pressure than most people see.

Two audiences: Endurance Sales™ & Endurance Leadership™

Endurance is not about pushing harder.

It is about pacing smarter, recovering faster, allocating energy wisely, and building the capacity to surge when needed.

As a two-time Ironman 70.3 finisher, marathoner, triathlete, and competitive road racer, I bring real endurance strategy into the room — not as sports hype, but as a practical model for sustained performance in work and life.

Because high performers do not usually run out of ambition. They run out of usable energy.

Sustained performance requires sustained energy.

Using my Energy Grid and Backpack Principle, I help audiences see what fuels them, what drains them, what they are carrying, and what needs to change before momentum turns into exhaustion.

For sales teams, this means learning how to keep showing up with energy, curiosity, confidence, and consistency — because the goal is not just to close more sales. It is to open more relationships.

For leaders, managers, business owners, and high-responsibility professionals, this means learning how to carry smarter, recover more intentionally, and lead without quietly stretching themselves until they snap.

Endurance Performance™ gives audiences a fresh, practical way to protect their energy, strengthen relationships, and keep performing for the long game.

This is not sales training. (Your top salespeople already know how to sell.)

This is not leadership training. (Your top leaders already know how to lead.)

→ Core Idea:

High performers do not usually have a motivation problem.

They have an energy-allocation problem.

Endurance Performance™ helps salespeople, leaders, and high-responsibility professionals manage the weight they carry, protect the relationships that matter, and keep performing for the long game.

→ Best Fit:

Sales meetings, leadership retreats, management meetings, supplier conferences, business-owner events, association programs, high-performing teams, and professionals expected to keep producing while carrying more than most people see.

Track 2: Loyalty-Grade Service

Promising good customer service is an outdated marketing trope. It is an empty assertion.

Loyalty-Grade Service™ gets attention.

Loyalty-Grade Service is not about saying you go the extra mile. It is about doing the unexpected, creating a next-steps culture, and giving customers a reason to think, “Why would I go anywhere else?”

Loyalty is not owed.
It is earned.

Want fierce loyalty?

Make loyalty a verb.

Core Idea:

Good customer service may get the payment but nothing more.

We get repeats and referrals when we make loyalty a verb.

Best Fit For:

Customer experience teams, service leaders, sales organizations, hospitality, travel, franchising, associations, and client-facing teams.

Track 3: ADHD As A Skill Set™

ADHD is too often framed as a defect.

Through my lens, ADHD is not a defect to hide. It is wiring to understand — and often an asset hiding in plain sight.

I help audiences see it differently — through a shame-free, strengths-based lens that makes ADHD more understandable, more human, and more workable.

As a Certified ADHD Life Coach and an adult diagnosed later in life, I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work.

My forthcoming book project, ADHD UNShamed, is built from interviews with adults with ADHD and explores shame, self-trust, emotional intensity, resilience, and the hidden strengths of ADHD wiring.

This keynote or workshop is especially relevant for organizations, conferences, educators, professionals, and communities that want a more practical and flipped understanding of ADHD, emotional reactivity, energy, motivation, and self-trust.

Core Idea:

ADHD is a skill set when we comfortably and confidently lean into our strengths and challenges.

We can learn to work more honestly with perfectionism, masking, emotional intensity, imposter feelings, and the shame that too often comes with misunderstood wiring.

Best Fit For:

ADHD conferences, professional development programs, coaching communities, educators, healthcare-adjacent audiences, employee resource groups, and organizations interested in elevating success and happiness for all stakeholders.

Track 4: Travel Industry Specialty

Why me?

I speak your language.

The travel industry is where I grew up professionally.

I spent 22 years on the supplier side, including executive leadership roles with World Travel Holdings, Celebrity Cruises, Vacation.com, Travelsavers and NEST, an industry-disrupting network I helped launch and build.

I am the founder of Resort For A Day™, the world’s largest seller of hotel day passes for cruisers — a category-creating business I built from the ground up and ultimately sold to World Travel Holdings. That real-world success gives me grounded, no-fluff authority few industry speakers can match.

For the past 18 years, I have spoken to and worked closely with agency owners, advisors, host agencies, consortia, cruise lines, and supplier teams. That gives me a rare view from both sides of the relationship.

I understand the pressures around travel sales. I understand the relationships that make this industry work.

Why Meeting Planners Bring Me Back

Meeting planners tell me they appreciate that I am easy to work with, deeply prepared, and committed to understanding the audience before I ever step on stage. I do not deliver canned speeches pretending to be custom. I listen, tailor, connect, and speak with people — not at them.

They bring me back because audiences remember the energy, the humor, the real-life stories, and the practical perspective shifts they can use immediately.
